Join NRMP staff for the second webinar of the Match season to learn how the ranking process and matching algorithm work and the program staff roles and responsibilities involved in ranking your applicants in the Registration, Ranking, and Results (R3) system. We also will discuss the upcoming Quota Change Deadline, setting your SOAP participation status, and relevant Match policies to assist you in successfully navigating the Match process.
